Free shipping on orders over ₹499. Below that, shipping is ₹100. Cash on delivery is available on orders above ₹199.

- Processing time
2–3 business days for ready-made posters. 4–5 days for custom prints.
- Delivery time
5–7 business days across India after dispatch.
- Couriers & tracking
We ship with BlueDart, Delhivery and India Post. You get a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships, and it appears in My orders.
Returns & fixes
- What can be returned
Only defective or incorrect products. Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- If it arrives damaged
Take photos of the product and packaging straight away, and email support@okurimono.in within 48 hours.
- Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the item.
